8999u Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Obligations

Welcome to 8999u. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 8999u ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 8999u platform — including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 8999u platform. Continued use of 8999u following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

To register and maintain an account with 8999u, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of 8999u or any of its associated companies.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

8999u reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. This may include a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or any other government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by 8999u will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

When registering your 8999u account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if anything changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Each individual may hold only one account on 8999u. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 8999u reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and retain any deposits used to exploit this policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 8999u immediately upon becoming aware of it.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 8999u account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Contact 8999u support immediately at support@8999u.ws if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

8999u will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

All transactions on 8999u are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 8999u does not apply currency conversion charges on any deposit or withdrawal. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. 8999u does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — consult your mobile wallet provider for details.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering procedures. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Card withdrawals follow the relevant card network's processing timeline.

8999u reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks. This is a regulatory requirement applied to all online platforms and is not a decision made on individual suspicion. If your withdrawal is delayed, 8999u support will notify you via email with an expected resolution timeframe.

8999u offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, loyalty rebates, tournament prizes, and other time-limited promotions. The specific terms attached to each promotion — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates — are published on the Promotions page and should be read carefully before claiming any offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 8999u unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the promotion — typically verified accounts in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• 8999u reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided players who have already begun meeting wagering requirements are given reasonable time to complete them.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion, or any other fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. Bets are typically taken from real money first unless specified otherwise in the promotion terms.

All bets and gaming activity at 8999u are subject to the rules specific to each game or betting market, as displayed within the game itself or its accompanying help section. In addition, the following general rules apply across all gaming activity on 8999u:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 8999u does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• Winnings from game outcomes determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are credited to your account balance immediately following the game round.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrectly paid outcome, 8999u reserves the right to correct the error and recover any incorrectly credited funds from your account balance.
• 8999u does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or provider-side issues. No compensation is provided for periods when a game is unavailable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game and may change from time to time.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the game as administered by the live dealer. In the event of a dispute over a live game outcome, the ruling of the live dealer and studio management is final.

Esports betting markets at 8999u are governed by the specific market rules published alongside each event. Factors including match postponement, player substitutions, and tournament format changes are handled according to the market-specific rules in place at the time the bet was accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 8999u. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure of your account with forfeiture of all balances held at the time:

• Cheating and fraud: Any attempt to cheat, defraud, or manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or promotional offer.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account on 8999u for any purpose, including bonus exploitation or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or any competitive game format.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Money laundering: Using 8999u to process funds derived from illegal activity, or depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity in between.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Third-party funding: Depositing funds into your account from a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Intimidation or harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing 8999u staff, other players, or any representative of the platform.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to access, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the 8999u platform, its software, or its databases.

8999u actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 8999u will not be liable for any funds withheld or forfeited as a result.

8999u reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback request from your payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory authority requiring account suspension.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools on 8999u.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds in the account balance will remain frozen until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, 8999u may forfeit the balance in full or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your 8999u account at any time by contacting customer support at support@8999u.ws. Any remaining real money balance at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to you via your last-used payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8999u is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of people, gaming can develop into a problem, and we take that seriously. The following tools are available to all 8999u account holders at no charge and with no application process:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours after adjustment.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length. When the limit is reached, your session ends and the platform cannot be accessed until the next day.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from 8999u without express written permission.
• Use the 8999u brand, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of any software forming part of the 8999u platform.
• Create derivative works based on the 8999u platform or any of its components.

Game content available on 8999u is provided under licence from third-party software providers including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Play'n GO, and others. Those providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective games.

8999u provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8999u and its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, other than direct loss caused by a proven fault on the part of 8999u.
• Loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.
• Failures or delays caused by events outside 8999u's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or force majeure events.
• Any error in displayed odds, game rules, or payout information that was caused by a technical fault — subject to correction at the earliest opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8999u's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8999u reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and display a notice on the 8999u website for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the 8999u platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you in accordance with Section 8.

The version of these Terms that applies to any dispute is the version that was in effect at the time the relevant activity took place — not a subsequent version unless you explicitly consented to the change.
